Random picture of dominic the first year

Here are a few of my favorite picture of Dominic when he was still my tiny baby boy, Now he is my big boy as he says. I was just going through some old Pictures and I thought I would share a few. They are in no particuluar order, and very random.

Hot summer days

It is soooo hot today. My house is still 86 degrees inside.... ouch!! We went to the river today with andy and cody and floated from the acme store down to strand road. I was a little nervous at first about bringing dominic but we blew up our raft/ boat and put dominic in a life jacket while everyone else had tubes. It was alot of fun. It took about 2 hours but it could have easily taken 3-4, we all paddled most the way because the sun was going down, we didnt start untill about 4:30 so we passing people up the whole way. I brought Nikota home yesterday on my way to my cousin tiffany's bridal shower because he was missing his mom, but I think everyone is coming up again on wednesday for chelsea's birthday. I think we all might camp out a night or two at sandy point while we have nice weather.

Fun times

We had a very fun filled fourth of July. We camped out in sandy point friday through monday. The fireworks were amazing and we had everyone and then some show up. For the first time in probably 10-15 years my grandma and all my uncles showed up for the show. My brothers even came. We were hoping to make it out to blaine but we just didnt have time to go shower and get ready and be there by noon so maybe next year. today we went to cub creek off north shore and went swimming in lake whatcom. The weather was amazing . Titan has already passed zues up in the swimming department. But the 2 of them had fun swimming with the boys. Tonight I think we are going to try to make it to the deming speedway to watch the sprint cars race, if its not to expensive. Then tommarow we are off the the sumas bull a roma. Kota is hoping to ride the sheep but I dont know if I am going to let him with his collar bone just healling up. Anyways we are busy busy busy. Hope everyone is enjoying the nice weather.

an afternoon at Tammy and Ed's

Yesterday we went out to tammy and Ed's for a little while before I had to go to work. I finnally got to hold Mr Riley and I did not want to put him down. He is so perfect and tiny. Dominic got to ride jasmine, and blow bubbles in his new batman mask. And kota got to ride bikes down to the school. All in all it was a good day.

zoo trip

On Tuesday we went down to seattle and picked up Nikota and Kris to take the boys to the zoo. We couldnt have asked for better weather. We had a very good visit with the kids.On the way out of the zoo, as we were heading back to our gate Kristopher dropped his cell phone in one of the cages little streams. It was quite the show, watching one of the keepers try to fish it out. Kristopher was so bummed but oh well stuff happens. all in all we had a good time. Dominic's favorite was the Hippo, Kota's favorite was the penquins, and kris's favorite was the gorilla's I think. Mine of course was the elephants but no surprise there!! Here's some pictures.....

Hanging out in Winthrop eating Icecream cones. They had these saddles for chairs and dominic didnt want to leave, he thought they were the coolest thing ever. He was sporting his new cowboy hat and everyone that walked by wanted a picture of him.

This picture is my absolute favorite. When he threw his hand in the air, everyone around us started laughing.

Poor zues had a rough ride home, dominic would not leave him alone but I got cute pictures out of it.

The big red tent is our new tent, it was freaken huge,But very nice.... it was the last one left at JOES sporting goods, we went to their going out of bussiness sale. The tent was like a little house.
